PS: I'll be honest: I tried for 4 days to TP to Arcade unsuccessfully. Most of the items I bought at some yard sales and or when I finally could teleport to a land close to Arcade you can TP fly and zoom the vendors to buy it. Disable camera constrains in preferences to be able to zoom the vendors and start shopping.
