This is Tahira, one of the cute mesh avatars from ND/MD Real doll's line. She is available in three ebony skin tones and two makeup options.
Tahira comes with two clothes: leopard texture bikini and a set of capris, top and a pair of flip-flops that I'm not using here. She also comes with eyes and a HUD that allows you to change facial expressions and hide/show body parts to wear mesh clothes or shoes. As it's possible to hide feet you can also use mesh feet from other brands. I'm sorry because I can't use my Slink hands with her for while.

At ND/MD already exists a full collection of clothes to dress your Real doll. I also visited Gaga - HLS Properties and i found out that they have some very nice clothes for this avatar too.
